LaPlaya is a family-oriented, immaculate, and cozy vacation rental situated in the tranquil and picturesque West End of Panama City Beach. It boasts stunning views of the Gulf and ensures convenient and swift access to the pristine white sandy beach.

Both Publix and Winn Dixie supermarkets are easily accessible, just a short bike ride away. Carousel Supermarket is also nearby. The bike ramp that will allow biking over to 30A is nearing completion.

This residence features four bedrooms, three of which have ensuite bathrooms, and a total of 3.5 bathrooms, comfortably housing up to nine guests.

Upon arrival, you'll be greeted by the luminous white interiors. Ascend to the main living area on the third floor via the elevator, where an open and welcoming space awaits, featuring a snug living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, and a dining area. The kitchen is ready for culinary adventures, complete granite countertops. Savor your meals at the dining table, which accommodates six, or at the bar area that seats four. Following an enjoyable day at the beach, relax in the comfortable living room, adorned with soft white furnishings and a flat-screen TV. As evening falls, witness the sunset's hues from the private balcony, cocktail in hand, overlooking the Gulf.

At La Playa, you and your family/friends are promised the vacation you deserve. The first-floor guest suite features a queen-size bed, a private balcony, and an ensuite bathroom with both a tub and shower, with the pool just a few steps from the door. The second-floor master suite offers a lavish experience with a king-size bed, a large flat-screen TV, and an ensuite bathroom with a tub and shower, plus a private balcony that overlooks the pool. The bunk room on the second floor is ideal for children, boasting twin over twin and full over full bunk beds, a private balcony, and an ensuite bathroom with a tub and shower. Additionally, the fourth-floor loft provides a full-size bed and a private balcony with a stunning view of the Gulf!

Important Things to know:
1) You MUST be 25 years of age to rent. We will not rent to students or singles under the age of 25 unless accompanied by a parent or guardian staying at home for the Rental Period.
2) At time of booking you agree to House Rental Agreement and House Rules.
3) GUEST will be required to provide a copy of driver's license for all adults staying in the home within 48 hours of receipt of booking confirmation.
4) While the home has parking space for three cars, like with many places at the beach PARKING IS TIGHT. Therefore, guests are encouraged to carpool and limit parking to 2 cars, especially during summer months. Contact us with questions. **
5) Construction is in place all over town, there may be construction noise during your stay.
6) Travel protection / insurance is NOT included in the quotes, but you can purchase on your own.

**The garage accommodates parking for two cars. It can fit two small to medium-sized vehicles comfortably. Additionally, one larger vehicle may be parked outside, directly in front of the garage doors, either close to the house or along the sidewalk, positioned vertically or horizontally. A vehicle's front or rear may extend onto the side sidewalk, provided it remains within the marked lines on the ground and not encroach upon the community roadway.
